Residents have a choice of communication companies for phone, cable, and internet service with three franchised companies that provide their services in Schaumburg. While Schaumburg residents rely on these services, occasionally equipment failures, power outages, congested networks, and inclement weather can result in temporary service interruptions.

The Village of Schaumburg does register complaints and reports them to personnel at each company to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. If you have been unable to resolve the issue by contacting the company directly, the village encourages you to dial 311 when in Schaumburg or call (847) 895-4500 outside of Schaumburg to report the issue.
