Comprehensive salary package:
Salary ranges are based on both the public and private sector markets.
Ranges are reviewed annually and a full market evaluation is done every few years to ensure that salaries are competitive.
Performance evaluations are done annually and salary adjustments are based on the level of performance over the review period.
