Garbage and Recycling
The Village of Schaumburg has contracted with Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) to provide residential refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection services. For information on curbside pickup within Schaumburg check out the Garbage and Recycling section.

The Village of Schaumburg’s public water supply is rated one of the highest water systems with the highest rated water quality in the country. The Water & Sewer section of our website provides access to the quality water reports, lawn watering restrictions, water main breaks, storm water management, information on payments and rates and more.
Contact Water Billing for questions regarding your water usage, bill amount or final water bill, please call Water Billing at 847-923-4520. Office hours are: Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Schaumburg Athletic Association - recipient of the Village of Schaumburg 1995 Volunteer Organization of the Year Award -- provides a supervised environment for young people in our community to participate in organized sports.
Schaumburg Township - The township offers programs for senior citizens and the disabled, and provides welfare services for township residents. Information on real estate taxes are available through the tax assessor's office, in the Township offices. (847-884-0030)
