The Customer Service Request (CSR) is a fast and easy way for Schaumburg residents to report an issue or request service. Examples of service requests range from reporting a pothole to streetlight outages.

Residents should not create a CSR for reporting criminal activity or any in-progress police matters. A police officer will not be dispatched based on a CSR submission.

  • Dial 911 for emergency assistance or to report any in-progress criminal activity.
  • To report non-urgent police matters, dial 311 from anywhere in Schaumburg (or dial (847) 895-4500 when calling from outside of Schaumburg).

Residents should not create a CSR for mulch delivery; visit the mulch webpage for ordering information. Your CSR includes a tracking number; so you can monitor the progress of your request online.

You have three ways to submit a CSR:

  • Dial 311 anywhere in Schaumburg or dial (847) 895-4500 when outside of Schaumburg.
  • Text your CSR request to (847) 306-9862 (standard text message rates may apply).
  • Click the Start a Request button and complete the CSR Form below. If you would like someone from the village to respond to you personally, please include/provide your email address or phone number within the form. (View full-screen mode)
