Emergency Cell Phone Loan Program is available to crime victims and elderly residents.

An important program offered by the Schaumburg Police Department Social Service Unit is the Emergency Cell Phone Loan Program. The Social Service Unit will provide free, deactivated cell phones to crime victims still in danger and elderly residents with serious medical needs for the purpose of making emergency 911 calls.
