All solicitors, peddlers and vendors must obtain a permit through the Collector's Division.

Requirements:

• Complete a Solicitor Application.
• The application fee is $100 which can be paid in-person at the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center or by mailing it to 101 Schaumburg Ct. Schaumburg, IL 60193.
• Complete the Identifying Verification Certifying Statement Form.
  • Take form to any approved company by the Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification
    • Approved Fingerprint Company List
• Once the application is approved, the Solicitors Badge can be picked up at 101 Schaumburg Ct. Schaumburg, IL 60193.
• The Solicitors Badge is required while working door-to-door.
