All public passenger vehicles must have a valid license through the Village of Schaumburg.

Requirements:

• Applicant must complete Village of Schaumburg Public Passenger Vehicle Application
• Proof of current insurance coverage on Taxi Cab Vehicle
• Certified Safety Inspection required. Inspection must be performed at a Schaumburg approved facility; Arlington Automotive, Deerfield Shell, Schaumburg Toyota, or CATS Auto Repair
• Application fee is $105.00; To be paid in-person at Village Hall or by mail 101 Schaumburg Ct. Schaumburg, IL 60193
• License sticker is issued by the Finance Department
• Applications must be renewed annually by December 31
