All chauffeurs must have a valid license through the Village of Schaumburg.

Requirements:

• Applicant must complete a Chauffeur's License Application.
• Application fee is $105.00 and must be paid in-person at the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center or by mail to 101 Schaumburg Ct., Schaumburg, IL 60193.
• Driving abstract required.
• Live Scan Fingerprinting required.
  • Complete the Identifying Verification Certifying Statement Form.
  • Take form to an approved Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification company. 
    • Approved Fingerprint Company List 
• License sticker issued by the police department.
• Applications must be renewed annually by December 31.
