The Village of Schaumburg Support Our Seniors Council presents Healthy Living for Seniors, an informative event taking place from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, April 17 at The Barn, 231 S. Civic Dr.

A free lunch will be provided for registered seniors, compliments of Alden Poplar Creek, Comfort Keepers, Encore Memory Care at South Barrington, and the Schaumburg Barn after the presentation. Participants will also be eligible to win a raffle prize.

Presentation topics include:

• Nutrition/hydration
• Home delivered meals
• Dental care
• Fitness/exercise
• Mental health/social connectedness
